The best way to see the marrakech for it's beautiful landscapes is by getting out of the hustle and noise of the city. 20 mins outside you can view the scenic views and atlas mountain landscapes of the famous palm grove of marrakech.
There you can do tours of 2-4 hrs on either horsebacks or high-speed quads. Which ever you fancy - this is the best way to enjoy a tours whilst sighting the city from the real perspective.

Though there isn't much to see here aside from the house often pictured when La Menara is illustrated, this place has a small reservoir which provides a reflection of the Atlas Mountains behind the house in its waters on a clear day.
Very photo-worthy!
Since this site is a little out of the way, it could be a good idea to combine a trip here with a stop at the venerable Hotel Mamounia.

August 2003, the pool was empty due to problems. you can see some people fixing holes in the pool.
Don't be frightned but this is a very interesting monument. This pool usually is full of water and also full of hungry fishes. I wonder where did they put the fishes to fix the pool?

La Menara can be a bit far to go. Anyway you can just walk there in one hour or so, or just go by taxi. dont pay more than 10 dirhams for the cab (and even 10 is too much but ts also ok). Even far from the city centre, Menara Gardens seems to be one of the most photographed monument in whole Morocco.
