Malaria is constantly present in Nampula.I was 4months there and I have seen a lot of cases.
If you visit Nampula for a short periode I strongly recommend Malaria prophylaxis.
There is a very,very good labratory in town(100Mtc. for a Malaria test).1Euro =approx.40Mtc.
After one hour you can see the result.
