OK. I did not. And I still feel bad about it every time I see these pictures. The EN1 is a non-existent road in this area. This poor kid was trying to sell some eggs to feed his family. And I did not stop. I am not a bad person, I just did not need the eggs. On the bright side there was (surprisingly!) a lot of traffic and he was the only roadside seller of any goods for miles. He also looked fairly healthy. I feel better now.
So, if you do find yourself around here, stop if you want some eggs.
