You have to visit the pub just outside the hotel complex. The owner does not posess a tot measure, so drinks are poured by judging and needless to say the later the bigger the judgment! He also gave us some clams as starters on the house, which was to die for!

Do not expect a proper airstrip or airport. When you land you get the feeling that you are going to be part of some tree shortly as the airstrip is very short and bumpy. Makes for good laugh afterwards though

Not too far from the hotel complex you will find this little ocean museum. It was closed when we got there but provided a nice resting place after the brisk walk.

Once again just outside the hotel complex, you will find this little "rural" diner. Do not be put of by its appearance as the food is excellent and very fresh.

The hotel ensured that we had some local performance every evening. The last evening however all stops were pulled out and they really entertained us with some excellent acrobatic dancing.

Small , yet with scuba, were were able to enjoy the varities of colours, shapes and coexitience under he sub tropical sun.
If only i kad a waterproof Nikonos or digital wayback then.....

see those trees sitting above the water, large green leaves with the ripened pods waiting to drop into the water and settle down before growing.
The roots were the means of getting around.
