  • This is a bit of a tourist trap. A lot of old affluent people in their expensive gear talking loudly around the waterhole when you are trying to watch animals during peak hours. If you have visited or plan to visit parks in Bostwana or South Africa, skip this one. Focus on Namib-Naukluft Park instead, it's so much more primitive and wild.

    White rhinos are mostly extinct in Bostwana due to poaching. You can still catch white rhinos here, so glue your eyes to them by the waterhole.
