There was a bar at the the lodge and a terrace that overlooked a waterhole that was floodlit. A few people stayed at the bar drinking but as we always had an early start we headed to our bungalow early. But for me the night life here is just listening to noise of the animals, birds and bugs. It was a bit disappointing that we had cloud as I was really looking forward to watching the stars. Some lodges had telescopes set up for your viewing!

Every night in Sesreim camp, small herds of springbok role in to eat the pods fallen from the trees. They are very accustomed to people. Their chewing is quite loud and you may here it off on all night.

There´s nothing like spend a night in the desert near a bonfire, but if you´re looking for nightlife, there´s a bar in the camp with cool beers and a pool table.
