I was told Vittorio’s hotel also has a restaurant, but I didn’t try it.
We used our host’s kitchen, in the courtyard, and I had my opportunity to cook.
In the pic you can see a wonderful looking (and tasting) “frittata con patate” resulted from the cooperation between an Italian cook, me, and a French one, Roger. They say: “too many cooks spoil the broth”, but this mixed effort was quite edible.
Favorite Dish: Frittata con patate!
