This place, I would not know how to classify, so I just try a brief description. The place used to be a military camp and is now an illegal place where to chill out, listen to musik and have some drinks and typical Nigerian food (mostly goat meat and rice). Alcohol is illegal in Borno state, so, to my knowlege it is not possible to get a drink at any public place. (if you happen to stay at the saharan hotel, of course you can always ask the staff to get you some beers at any time at night. It will cost you about 500 naira on top of the beer price (250 naira per bottle of star or goulder beer))
Dress Code: yeah, right! hahaha Not in Maiduguri.
