Banana beer, boil banana and GOAT!

The grounds of the Aumbembhazi hotel are a relaxing stop on the way to Akagera. The gondolas in the garden each have tables and chairs and are named after the countries that border rwanda with the flag and respective capitals!
On the grounds they also have a banana reed thatched traditional hut that you can peer into...interesting

Favorite Dish: Here they will cook up a fresh grilled and skewed goat kebab or goat intestines kebab (like well done lamb, not game odoured and very hygienic) served with fresh boil-fry bananas yummy!!!
This is watered down with the locally bottled banana beer (or banana wine as it is also called)...quite nice.
Remember banana is a good purgative so go easy on the liquid type, trust me I'm a doctor! he hee
