Official rates from the airport are CFA3,500 (CFA4,900 at night), but when arriving late at night, bargaining was required to get a ride for CFA6,000
In the 'early 70s the besy way to go was by ship.We went by P & O on the OrcadesThe capital is Dakah. We just walked around with no hassles and dropped into bars for drinks.
