Fresh fruits from the market

Favorite thing: In a general way, living in the Seychelles is really expensive, so you better get used to the idea before going and avoid wasting your time moaning on the price of things... it won?t make them cheaper and you?ll just ruin your holiday... Enjoy life on the island and remember you only live once !
There?s always a way to find cheaper food of course, you can buy sandwiches and ham for lunch in a little shop, drinks are also cheaper in those boutik. You can also buy some fruits in the market, very thirst-quenching when the sun?s so hot :-) There are also plenty of take away in Victoria and food is really honest !
But creole food is sooooooooo tasty, you really have to try it in a restaurant if you don't wanna miss something :-)

THE BEST JOB IN THE WORLD?

Favorite thing: Rather than just use it for the airport, stay a while.

Fondest memory: Over seventy beaches can't be wrong.

Among all the little green spots lost in the blue of the maps, Mahé is the largest. Maybe this is the reason why many tourists tend to skip it, considering the capital-island only as a transit lounge,...
