Helpfulness
This is the beach close to where we were staying. There undertow can be quite strong so it is best not to swim alone as there are no life guards. The sea can get quite cold as well when the cold water of the Atlantic flows to the Indian Ocean side of South Africa.

The dunes here are enormous. The beach is usually pretty much deserted and you will only see a handful of people fishing or walking their dogs.
