    Despite my best Googling efforts, I have been unable to find out any more about this 'hop on, hop off' bus service in Bloem.

    The best that I can offer is that this sign proves that there is/was this sort of bus service at some point in time. This stop is located on President Brand Street, just opposite the Constitutional Court, so it would be reasonable to expect that this features on the route.

    If you have more information on this bus, then please let me know and I'll update this tip accordingly.
