Once again the scenario is set like Monte Casino. Monsoon Lagoon is situated in Cesars Palace right next ot JNB International Airport.
The days of DJ entertainment are long gone and Monsoon lives by the philosophy that audio and visual entertainment should be the norm.
During the night you’ll experience falling snow, bubbles experience a hurricane and water mist all while partying away to your favorite tunes. Lights and sound are second to none, from powerful argon laser to the intelligent lighting; you’ll be dazzled by choreographed light and sound shows.
Monsoon plays host not only to top National and International DJ’s but acts and bands as well.
Dress Code: Dress fashionably smart. Guys - No vests, torn or faded jeans, no sports shoes.

Vacca Matta at Monte Casino in Johannesburg is a fantastic place. We have one in Durban and the decor and concept is the same.
Music is great and the people look like they could all be celebs and models.
Amazing night out and I would highly recommend you visit this club.
Dress Code: You must go dress smart ...... Guys need to wear a button up colored shirt with smart shoes .
Trainers are not permited.

Well this is a small cocktail bar , whereby you can go and have a few drinks and hit the dancer floor. Its quiet nice for a cheap fun filled night.
The dance floor is quiet small, so then what "Just dance on the Bar".
Dress Code: They have no particular dress code. As far as I know , no track-suites are allowed.

From street bashes (all invited) and gumba-gumba (traditional house parties in Soweto) to jols (any good party) and lang-arm (ballroom dances) in the suburbs, Johannesburg has a lively nightlife, although it is quite divided around distinct districts, with Melville/Brixton being one of the most popular areas. Other northern suburbs – such as Rosebank, Norwood, Rivonia and Orange Grove – are also popular with more affluent party animals, while the CBD, Yeoville, Braamfontein and Newtown also get going after dark. Going out alone in Soweto is not advised
Dress Code: The legal drinking age in South Africa is 18. Some of the upmarket hotels have a smart-casual dress code, although in almost all other establishments, anything goes.

During the week: rought bar with strip teases. However, the atmosphere is kind and there is no vulgarity.
During the weekend: the night starts very early, like 10:30 and finishes late in the morning, like 9:00AM. Good international and South African music.
95% black people, no too much harrasment from girls.

In that area is plenty of nightclubs. Some names: Rapsodhy´s : white twit people and beautiful blond women, Saints: mixed public (black and white). Retro: more alternative, mixed and young people. The Venue: white twit people. News café. A lively bar with mainly white people.
