There are a couple of good sports shops in the shopping center in Northcliff. We obviously did not want to carry everything we needed for our safari around the world for 6 months, but that was no problem.

They made Biltong, first with meet. They fully dry meet, so that they can keep it for years.
You can also apply this technic to other food like fruits and vegetables.
I like particularly the bush meet in Biltong.

Monte Cassino is not a simple shop, it is a real town made like the famous Italian village. But you are not outside, you are in a large building and the roof is like the sky. I enjoyed the stone and cristal shop, where you can buy samples of all what you can find in the ground of Southern Africa.
