The Khulani Xhosa village is being developed on the outskirts of Thembalethu, George and is a place where tourists will be able to experience Xhosa hospitality and culture and feel the rhythm of Africa. The farmstead and church, which forms the backdrop to the village, was built in 1813.

The choo tjoe is a cute little train that departs at George Station and roundtrips to Knysna, crossing mountains, lakes and traversing some awesome seaside scenery.

Victoria Bay is one of South Africa's top surfing spots. It's a relatively small beach, with limited parking etc., and can get quite crowded in summer.

A visit down memory lane when you visit this place. Lots of old coaches, steam trains, wagons, old cars and more to be seen here. Worth the vsit I thought.

A visit to Rademachers in my opinion is a definate. Not only are they known for their lovely plants, they have a huge shopping area as well.
