The Visitor centre is a must. The display and educational material is faultless. There are fresg cold drinks available and always someone to answer your questions.
The swimming pool is a welcoming refresher after a hot days bush whacking before dinner time in the hot balmy african bush. There are lifeguards and the pool area cant be faulted. It is also a great way to distract the kids while the parents are breaking camp to move on to the next stage of your Kruger trip.
There is an outside auditorium theatre where nightly showings of relevant films can be viewed and these are often free or at a minimal cost.
A cosy restaurant means that if you dont want to you dont have to cook.
