If you want to buy some souvenirs like wood and stone-carvings or glass-yewellery etc. you can do it right here on the street.
On the bigger touristic sites you can find a lot of people sitting in front of their "local crafts".
Buy it here and not in the big cities, then you buy it from the people who made it (without paying someone in between).
What to pay: Depends how good you are at bargaining ...
