by Gili_S Not only might the animals be danger here, but also the sea. The beaches are wonderful but be aware that the currents are very active, so be careful and do not go to swim too deep into the charming blue sea. Leave a Comment

This is a malarial area. There is plenty of water and plenty of mosquitoes. Take the precausions against malaria. Hippos also may be walking around your camp ground or even around town at night. These are the two biggest killers in Africa so be vigilant. Leave a Comment

Warning signs about crocs by Eish Swimming in the estuary is very dangerous: hippos and crocs live very happily in the water and can munch you in a moment! Swimming in the sea is fine, although near the estuary mouth it is dangerous (if the mouth is open). Elephants have also been released on the Eastern Shores, and now walking unescorted in that area is not allowed. Walking alone in other areas of the park is still fine. Leave a Comment
