Umhlanga Centre

The small centre which is situated along the Granada Drive offers a number of shops, two malls and a few restaurants. Since the city had been built before the boom it is at times difficult to find parking here.

Umhlanga Lagoon Reserve

This nature reserve is situated on the northern boundary of Umhlanga Rocks where the Ohlanga River of the river of reeds flows into the Indian Ocean.
A few hikes through the reserve enabling you to see extensive bird life and some small antelopes and unspoiled beaches make this reserve a worse while visit.
