    The V&A waterfront is a great place to shop, get a bite to eat or spend at a nightclub.

    This is a nice place to hang out but for Souvenirs the prices are mch higher than elsewhere

    Well Here is everything here from normal arts and crafts to designer stores and supermarkets. It has a beautifull eating area with a big screen tv so you won`t miss out on the soccer match you so wanna see.

    For the family , do you fancy bowling.... yeah they got there very own bowling alley.

    Well its all up to you , I guess it is a shopping mall.

    All the goods is marked with prices , there`s not much negoition of price in here.

    The african market is a great place to get your souvenirs as most of the stuff is good qaulity but it may be more expensive than informal stalls on the road

    The shopping Mall will have everything you would expect. There is late night shopping seven days a week, the most convenient hours in the Western Cape. In addition there are boat rides, cinemas and restaurants.

    The V&A Waterfront comprises several top shopping centres, restaurants, coffee-shops and taverns, several quality hotels, an aquarium, cinemas, an IMAX theatre, arts and crafts markets, office space and a luxury residential component. The entire development is situated in the heart of Cape Town’s harbour area, with the shipping and fishing activities associated with any harbour, still very much a part of the development.

    There is lots to buy here , it has everything from top designer shops including a flea market whereby you can buy anything thing there at very reduced prices.

    In the greenmarket you will find all kind of African crafts (most of them South African crafts). You have to bargain here to get the best prices. I think is one of the cheapest places of the country to buy souvenirs to take home! It is right in the centre of the town.

    This craft market, which is located along the highway just outside Red Hill on the Cape Peninsula, is chock-a-block with quite respectably crafted sculpture, both in stone and in wood. Items range from very small statues of animals such as rhinos and hippos to huge wood figures representing both animals and people. It's certainly worth a stop, though if you buy something, make sure you haggle at least a little, even if the prices do seem to be quite low.

    One of the best places to show in Cape Town is definitely in the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. You can find a whole variety of stores there, starting from designer boutiques and finishing with gift and souvenir shops.
