PAMPER YOURSELF
This is great for anyone who's just a tad over-stressed - a blissful self-indulgence. Spend as long as you like (no, you can't bring a tent and a camping stove) during the day lavishing yourself in the Jacuzzi, simmering in the Steam Room, or sweating it off in the sauna. A thirty minute neck, back and shoulder massage, or perhaps a facial or a manicure. And if you're feeling like burning off a bit of energy you can always work it out in the gym, or swim it off in the pool.
