Won Der Ful Chinese Restaurant: Cheap and tasty Chinese

5 of us shared various dishes and 2 beers each, price was SDG35 each, a pretty decent price in these parts. The restaurant also has two private dining rooms. Try the dumplings, either fried or with Won Ton Soup, they're made from scratch, fresh for your meal.

Favorite Dish: Dumplings

Bullando: Cheap, fresh and tasty local food

If you're getting tired of paying high prices for substandard food, give Bullando's a try, you can get take away or sit down food here. Judging by the steady stream of locals you can be sure the food is fresh and healthy. During the day you have a choice of either beef or chicken shwarma for SDG5 (throw in a Pepsi or 7up for another SDG2) or you can have half a tender barbecued chicken with bread rolls and salad for SDG15.

At night they stop serving the shwarma, but you can buy the tastiest, tenderest rotisserie whole chicken, with bread rolls and salad for SDG30, which you can either eat there or take back to your hotel room and share with a colleague.

Favorite Dish: Rotisserie chicken, it tastes better than any woolies chicken you get back in South Africa, and our cameraman from Paris couldn't think of anywhere back home he could get such juicy tasty chicken.
