    The airport

by jorgejuansanchez Written Oct 14, 2014

It is located at a walking distance from downtown Juba. I was walking discovering the city and I saw it. In both ways, to and from Nairobi, I caught the bus. In both cases it took me 36 hours each journey. But I was much more than flying. I saw helicopters brought from Russia and the pilots were also Russians.

Abebe Bazezew, of Godolias Cars Rent, drove us around with lots of patience for long hours and was always on time. His Land Crusier Prado is in good condition, aircon and electric windows all working properly. Call him on +294 (0) 955 008 100 or +294 (0) 955 008 200 or email: godoliasag@yahoo.com

Getting to Juba has never been so easy.

by lotombe Written Apr 9, 2006

    3.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

Getting to Juba has never been so easy. Currently, Marsland Aviation, Sudan Airways, Halla Aviation and Airwest have over 20 regular flights to Juba a week from Khartoum and in addition there are scheduled multiple flights between Juba and Nairobi; Juba and Kampala on weekly bases.
From Khartoum to Juba costs some 450 Sudanese Dinnars($200) and about 360 Sudanese Dinnars($150) from Juba to Khartoum. But for whatever reason if you have you some one in Juba to do the booking for you for Khartoum to Juba flight and have your ticket courrier delivered to you which takes only a few hours, it only costs you 360 Sudanese dinnars.
The planes comprise of both light and big airliners like the boing 737s and the duration could be anything from 1h45min-2h.
