There is one main shop in Paje Village that I spotted, which is the main 'supermarket'. You can pick up snacks, bottled water, tinned food, bread, toiletries, postcards and some other bits and pieces. Prices can be quite expensive here in comparison to other things.
There are some other tiny little places up near the roundabout where you can get water, but this is little more than a counter.
There are no souvenier shops in Paje. The was one stall near Paje By Night that was selling paintings but that was it. Suggest any shopping for nik naks should be done in Stone Town, alternatively you can pick some things up in the airport.
