The Gambia Governenment Constitution provides the freedom of religion, and the Government generally respects this right.
It seems people can live in harmony within their local community respecting the next without problems regarding ones religioun or belief. Generally amicable relationship among religions in society contributed to religious freedom.

You'll find many wall painting on the streets, this one on the picture has no explanation cos you already know what it is. They seem to like to paint their shops with big brands advertisments, it kind of gives pretige to the house and people seems to come more to buy things.

BAsse is one of the most busy cities near to the east border with senegal. Is a comerce point and people come here to get goods that come from senegal. This is the first "big city" when coming from senegal and this is also a reason its very busy.

On the picture you can see the use people give to straw to make houses. They actually look very nice and create a interesting view.
On the picture you also have the tower of a mosque.
