Lamin Island Restaurants

Coffee and tea was served prior to the bird watching trip, and when we got back, breakfast was served.

There was a choice of Spanish or oyster omelette. Although I didn't try it, the local oystesr are said to be very good - they grow on the roots of the mangroves and the women collect them at low tide. Also on offer were pancakes (that's what they were called, but they were in fact round balls), local peanut butter, honey, marmalade, bread, cheese and drinks.
