Because you are setting out in the dark, leaving the hotel at six in the morning, you may not think of bringing the essentials such as sun tan lotion and a hat. It got very hot and thristy once the sun came out, and walking around the vegetable gardens we got rather dehydrated as we didn't think about taking water with us.
