Kitagaga Hot Springs
It is a nice place to go and relax. You can't really expect privacy because , well, it's Africa! So go expecting lots of friendly faces and although some locals go in the buff I really don't recommend it to you. Easy to find it isn't too many miles off the main Kampala to Kasese road as you pass through Bushenyi.
