It always seems that I arrive in Entebbe Airport at around 9 in the evening. So once through customs and immigration, baggage reclaim then jump in a Taxi to a guest house, shower, change, grab a beer in Mirembe Bar then catch a boda - boda to 4 Turkeys.
4 Turkey's is still the best night out in Entebbe. After 11 at night on any given day of the week you will find this place bouncing with people. Both rooms are usually full plus a gaggle of people outside on the roadside tables.
There is quite an extensive menu here but only for meat eaters burgers and chinese seem to be most popular. Me being a veggie I had a choice of about 3 meals on the menu. I have even seen pepole buy Morokonyi from the bloke outside and eat it in 4 Turkeys they obviously don't mind.
Dress Code: Any old clobber!

A nice bar is the Red Rooster. A sports bar it is called and even on the last occasion I was there they had 4 big screens each showing 4 different sporting events none of which I was interested in. Outside the open bar is a large garden area with tables and chairs.
Beer prices here are more expensive than other places in town (3,500) so this will prevent it from getting as busy as the 4 Turkey's.

Right next to where I usually stay in Entebbe is the Mirembe Bar. This place has friendly staff and what ever time of night I get to this place there seems to be a footie game on the TV. Being right next to my gaff I tend to have a few cheep beers here before catching a boda to the 4 Turkeys.
