Bilharzia disease in Lake Victoria

Be careful not to bath or wade in Lake Victoria. Calm freshwaters in Africa normally carries a parasite called Schistosomes which cause a human disease called "Bilharzia". The parasitic worms can penetrate the human skin and enter the blood system and infect the bladder and liver. There is a simple cure of a dose tablets which help you and kill the disease.
