Getting to Gulu was easy enough by bus; just get to the bus station and wait an hour for it to fill up travelling up to Gulu took 4 hours exactly. For some reason a lot of the passengers are compelled to buy loaves of bread from the hawkers while we are waiting in the bus park. Its not as if there is a bread shortage in Gulu I saw plenty.
Leaving Gulu was a pain. I got to the bus park around 9 in the morning but the bus didn't leave till after 12 mid-day 5 hours later we arrived at the bus park in Kampala.
