Antimalarials a must!

Rucksack or holdall, either will be fine, if you are okay about carrying either.
Again sturdy shoes/boots for walking safaris, and some of the tracks around Vic. Falls can get quite slippy. Also a decent set of clothes for nights out and of course for high tea at the Victoria Falls Hotel.....
Basic first aid kit, as well as insect repellant and anti-malarials - The Zambezi Valley is particularly bad. (This goes for Zambia too.)
Film isn't really a problem to get apart from rural areas and Vic. falls! Even if you can get the film that you want in Vic. Falls it is often very overpriced, so it is best to take enough to cover your stay there.
A mosquito net for sleeping outdoors .
A waterbottle is a must, particularly for the walking safaris. The rhino walk in Matobo NP can get very hot, as can the ones in Matusodona.
