Bhutanise lady wear traditional cloth KILA. This is a piace of cloth, so it is hard to wear for foreigner.

Red wash identifies this structure as a holy building. One must walk about it in clockwise direction. I mistakenly went counter-clockwise to my shame and the immediate admonishment of locals.
