The Yayasan Shopping Complex is one of the prominent landmarks of Bandar Seri Begawan. This shopping complex is conveniently located just next to the Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque and along the Brunei River waterfront area. It is made up of 2 buildings, one building consists of many shops selling various stuff such as clothings, handicrafts, VCDs, electronics, supermarket etc, while the second houses the Hua Ho Department Store (a big department store chain in Brunei). During every Saturday late afternoon till night, the stretch of Jalan Sultan road near to the river will be blocked and there is a Pasar Malam (night market) being set up here selling food, drinks and many other stuff where you can walk around and shop for cheap bargains.
