an arrangement from not-so-bygone era...shops in pekan belait close every tuesdaysto allow shopkeepers a rest day.... if you find yourself in kb and in need of something, go to the next town, pekan seria...shops in seria open on tuesdays!.... and close on mondays! not funny? you must be a chronic shopaholic ... in which case suggest you either go to next nearest town ie tutong,... or drive across border to miri to satisfy your shopping fetish... cheers!
