temperate fish are relatively new and unknown here, hence mackerels [cheapest fish] are somehow offered as "salmon" [expensive!] ... no attempt to skin tourists here, just a local quirk that I have been trying to correct without much success!!!!
frozen salmon are available in supermarkets, and salmon dishes are popular in japanese restaurants....
bring along your own oysters if you cannot do without them!!
