don't worry .... there's plenty of food around
basic rule is to observe the animals, birds and insects ....
and eat whatever they eat!!!
and spare their lives ...
mostly fruits and leaves incl young shoots...
Favorite Dish: my favourite is nibong palm shoots
also ferns esp. lamiding and pakis
and ulam ie young shoots of some trees and bushes ....
