CARRY PLENTY OF FRESH WATER
I found everywhere that I travelled in Burma to be really hot with the heat and humidity being extremely severe...Make sure when you are out and about to carry plenty of fresh water..its amazing just how much you have to drink to replace lost fluids...I always got some from the supermarket and kept them in the fridge at the Hostel....Also dont forget to carry and use a good mosquito repellant..

IMPORTANT Always be very careful while travelling in this region of the world and make sure that you have adequate protection from Mosquito bites..Always carry a good insect repellant and especially in the evenings wear long sleeves and long pants and cover all exposed skin with repellant..and Don't worry about the "fragrances" as everybody is wearing it..You wont be sorry...Make sure though that what you buy is what you need...

NAUNG SHWE After arriving by plane at Heho Airport and after going through the usual police formalities of ID check and "where are you staying ?"etc..I paid my tax or fee ($US 3.00) to enter this area...
