The buffet - sorry it is so dark!!

One night we decided to try the international buffet at the hotel we were staying at and I must admit it was exellent value with the added bonus we could use the dreaded credit card!!

The buffet included two kinds of soup, various salads( the Mandalay green mango salad was outstanding!) and a number of different kinds of main meals from fish, curries to stroganoff . The dessert ranged from fresh fruit to the dessert I had two helpings: black sticky rice with coconut milk (yummy!!). Cost US$12.00

The added attraction for me was a glass of French red wine at US$6.(Usually I miss out because I don't like beer)

Favorite Dish: You could not beat the Mandalay mango salad and the black sticky rice with coconut.
