    Although this area is considered sub-urban but the people here are very conservative. Guys and girls a like where long sleeve shirts or blouse, especially in the school.

    Guys wear long pants and girls wear skirts that are below their knees.

    Fireworks does not mean a celebration

    There was one night when we heard fireworks and got really excited coz we thought there was some procession or celebration going on.

    However, a student told us that it actually meant that sombody has passed away. So that explains the monk's prayers in the background as well.
