the owner is english and his wife is khmer and between the two of them they create a very comfortable and warm atmosphere.....the restaurant overlooks the mekong river

Favorite Dish: myfavourite was the spaghetti bolagnse...had a genuine italian taste....also the khmer dishes were absolutely georgeous
