    Psar Leu (New Market)

Psar Leu is the new market in Siem Reap that is used mostly by locals. The market mostly sells fruits and vegetables but it is the best place to catch the locals in action.

This stand deals with dried fish as well as with all kinds of air-dried pork sausages which I believe are for cooking rather than for coldcuts or Euro style affettata.
