Good food and drinks and an Internet cafe downstairs. Go there for sunset and watch the view of the bats flying out of the roof of the museum.

I didn't really hit any nights spots but a few people headed to the FCCC (Foreign Correspondence Club No membership necessary. There is also something like 18 casinos in Phnom Penh.
