I didn't really hit any nights spots but a few people headed to the FCCC (Foreign Correspondence Club No membership necessary. There is also something like 18 casinos in Phnom Penh..
You can meet the locals, but as i´m not a friend of this activity i prfered not to go.
There's some places to go out in the evening in Siem Reap. They are mentioned in the LP. I was to tired after spending all day in Angkor to explore theese places in the evening :-)
