For amateurs of Indonesian food, the BALI Restaurant is a real authentic place. The chef is an real Indonian born specialist in local cooking. On the menu you can choose among many Indonesian specialities, without influence of all other countries, like chinese kitchen, nor Vietnamese, Kmer or others.
I orderded the first time I walked in a Sayur Asam with a Nasi Goreng and this was delishes, so I went back some times.

Bali Cafe: Tasty food

Indonesian food, really tasty. Looks out onto the river, peaceful area. The staff were a bit too attentive when we sat down, felt pressured into ordering quickly. When we had finished, we sat for ages with our plates in front of us trying to get their attention so we could pay (they were having a good old chat in the corner). It's a shame.

Favorite Dish: Chicken with spicy tomato sauce
