Look, I'm not going to tell you what to do or how to do it. I figure that people need to be responsible for their own actions. But keep in mind that the AIDS rate in Cambodia has risen dramatically in the last ten years and looks only to increase.
There are many tourists who come to Phnom Penh just for the cheap sex with teenagers as young as 13. I hope that you will not be one of them. Certain "Wild West" attitudes are best left to the history books.

Well, if you appear non-khmer or overseas cambodian, people will often approach you with deals such as 'my brother is a taxi driver in Siem Reap, when you go there, he will pick you up, ok?' Or other such things, its up to you if ya wanna make the deal then.
