Professional service and well run, EcoSea divers took us to a couple of islands 2 and 1/2 hours from Sihanoukville.
Diving is good despite what certain guide books tell you. Lots of live coral reef and fish life active.
Boats are a little shoddy but then this is Cambodia. Visibility is not brilliant at about 10metres but all in all it was worth the money.
Equipment: Full rental of gear is $10 a day. Pro rata discount for what you have of your own.
