Mr Cheng is a very friendly English speaking resturant owner in Tangkou at the base of HuangShan. His restuarant serves excellent local food, and he gives great free advice for making an ascent on Huangshan.

Favorite Dish: Try his stir-fried onion and tomato dish - its a fantastic side dish with something spicy.
The pork and mushroom dish is also well worth a try.
