Xuefeng Park is a small but relaxing space rather unfortunately set in the shadow of the large factory across the river. Once inside though, you can find some nice spaces to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
There is a good area created for badminton courts where the locals bring their own nets each day. Just watching them is entertainment enough. Elsewhere, taiji enthusiasts of all levels practice.
On the concrete close to the war memorial and monument of General XueFeng are more sports and rollerskaters. .
In each pavillion, musicians gather to play and sing scores of atmospheric opera music.
Around the small lake, wedding photographers click away at models. It's good fun trying to sport those have just been married and those that are there to expand the company portfolio.
And hours can be lost sat in the long pergola that borders the water amongst the day's mothers, grandparents and musicians.
